AdvisorSuite ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Advisor Dossier platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the strict limits we place on its use. We are committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who interacts with the Service.
AdvisorSuite does not collect, record, store, retain, sell, license, share, or otherwise transfer any personal information submitted by survey respondents ("Prospects") through the Advisor Dossier assessment. This commitment is absolute. It applies to all data entered by Prospects, including names, contact information, financial details, behavioral responses, and any other personally identifiable information ("PII").
Survey responses are processed transiently and in real time solely to generate the Advisor Cheat Sheet report. Once the report is generated and delivered to the Advisor's registered email address, all Prospect response data is permanently discarded. No Prospect data is retained in any database, log, cache, backup, or storage system operated or controlled by AdvisorSuite.
We collect the following information from financial advisors ("Advisors") who register for and use the Service:

We use Advisor account information exclusively to provide and improve the Service, process subscription payments, deliver Advisor Cheat Sheet reports to the registered email address, send service-related communications (such as billing receipts, renewal reminders, and low-credit alerts), and respond to support inquiries. We do not use Advisor information for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any purpose unrelated to the direct provision of the Service.
AdvisorSuite does not sell, rent, lease, license, or otherwise monetize any data — whether from Advisors or Prospects — to any third party for any purpose. We do not share data with data brokers, advertising networks, analytics providers, research organizations, or any other commercial entity.
The only third party that receives any data in connection with the Service is Stripe, Inc., our payment processor, which receives billing information solely for the purpose of processing subscription payments. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
The Service uses only strictly necessary session cookies to maintain your authenticated session while you are logged in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, third-party analytics scripts, or any other technology designed to track your behavior across websites. No behavioral or browsing data is collected, retained, or shared.
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect Advisor account information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmitted between your browser and the Service is encrypted using TLS. Payment card data is never transmitted to or stored on our servers — it is handled exclusively by Stripe's PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure.
Advisor account information is retained for the duration of the active subscription and for a period of up to 90 days following account termination, after which it is permanently deleted. As stated in Section 1, Prospect survey response data is never retained beyond the real-time processing required to generate the report.
Advisors may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their account information at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond to all verifiable requests within 30 days. Because we do not collect or retain any Prospect data, we are unable to fulfill access or deletion requests from Prospects — there is simply no data to retrieve or delete.
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided personal information through the Service, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by sending an email to your registered address or by posting a prominent notice in your account dashboard at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
